I’m Karita Francis, President and Founder of Gifted Hands Health Services, a trusted healthcare staffing and home care firm rooted in excellence, reliability, and compassion. With over 20 years of experience as a Nurse, I established Gifted Hands in 2016 to meet the growing demand for both professional healthcare staff and high-quality, person-centered care in the home.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to ensure every client receives the same level of care and respect I witnessed in my own upbringing. Though my childhood came with challenges, I was raised by a loving, God-fearing grandmother who instilled in me a deep appreciation for the value of every life. Her example shaped who I am and fuels my commitment to serve others with dignity and heart.
