• Provide therapeutic, recovery-focused nursing care in an inpatient psychiatric setting

• Monitor mental status, administer medications, and respond to psychiatric emergencies

• Use de-escalation and trauma-informed care strategies in challenging situations

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and allied mental health staff

• Maintain clear and timely documentation

• Contribute to individualized care plans and discharge readiness

المتطلبات

• نشط رخصة ممرضة مقيمة مع كلية الممرضات في أونتاريو (CNO) (or eligibility)

• الحد الأدنى 2 سنة of recent psychiatric nursing experience in inpatient settings

• الحالي ب.ل.س certification (CPI/NVCI or equivalent de-escalation training preferred)

• Strong communication, observational, and crisis-management skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in high-acuity environments

• Fully vaccinated with TB clearance and vulnerable sector screening
