• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Provide mobility and transfer support

• Support light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Monitor client well-being and report changes to nursing supervisor

• Travel between client homes in designated service areas

المتطلبات

• معتمد PSW or equivalent Health Care Assistant (HCA) credential

• سارية المفعول driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

• الحد الأدنى 6 أشهر - 1 سنة of home care or community support experience

• الحالي الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي القلبي الرئوي/الإسعافات الأولية

• Fully vaccinated and clear background/vulnerable sector check

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
