We are seeking a compassionate and vigilant ممرضة مسجلة (RN) to provide care in a Medical Detox Unit supporting individuals undergoing supervised withdrawal from alcohol, opioids, and other substances. Based in وينيبيغ, this role focuses on stabilization, symptom management, and early engagement in recovery services.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, emotional resilience, and a trauma-informed approach to care.

• Monitor and manage withdrawal symptoms in accordance with detox protocols

• Perform nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions

• Provide support and education to patients on recovery and harm reduction

• Collaborate with addiction counsellors, social workers, and physicians

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies or behavioral escalations

المتطلبات

• رخصة ممرض مقيم سارية في كندا (رخصة ممرض مقيم في كندا أو مؤهل للحصول على ترخيص مانيتوبا)

• الحالي ب.ل.س certification (ACLS and CPI/non-violent crisis intervention preferred)

• الحد الأدنى 1 سنة experience in mental health, addictions, or medical-surgical nursing

• Understanding of substance use disorders and withdrawal management

• Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills

• Able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
