• Deliver in-home nursing care including wound care, injections, vitals monitoring

• Conduct wellness checks and chronic disease support visits

• Educate clients and families on medications and healthy practices

• Document care electronically using mobile EMR tools

• Collaborate with care coordinators, physicians, and allied health professionals

• Travel between multiple community sites and client residences

المتطلبات

• نشط ترخيص RPN مع كلية الممرضات في أونتاريو (CNO)

• الحد الأدنى 1 سنة of experience in community or home health nursing

• سارية المفعول driver’s license and reliable transportation (or transit-friendly)

• الحالي CPR/BLS التصديق
