We are seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide frontline care at a fast-paced community health clinic in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. This is a great opportunity to work in preventative care and chronic disease management.

Responsabilidades clave

• Conduct patient intake, health assessments, and follow-ups

• Administer injections and vaccinations

• Educate patients on wellness and prevention

• Support physicians in minor procedures

• Maintain accurate patient records

Requisitos

• Current RPN license with the CNO

• Previous experience in outpatient or clinic setting

• Strong patient education skills

• Multitasking and documentation accuracy

• Friendly, professional demeanor
