We are hiring a flexible and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the hospital float pool in Mississauga, Ontario. This dynamic role covers various departments including medicine, surgery, and ER support.

Responsabilidades clave

• Provide patient care across multiple units as needed

• Administer medications and monitor complex patients

• Rapidly adapt to new settings and documentation systems

• Collaborate with unit teams and follow care plans

• Maintain accurate records and safety practices

Requisitos

• RN license with CARNA

• At least 2 years hospital experience in multiple specialties

• Excellent adaptability and time management

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Available for rotating and on-call shifts
