We are seeking a motivated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join the rehabilitation team in a specialized care center in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This role supports patients recovering from stroke, injury, or surgery.

Responsabilidades clave

• Monitor patient progress and support rehab plans

• Assist in physiotherapy and occupational therapy sessions

• Administer medications and provide wound care

• Communicate with families and therapists

• Keep thorough documentation of goals and outcomes

Requisitos

• RPN license in Nova Scotia

• Experience in rehabilitation or med-surg preferred

• Patient motivation and encouragement skills

• Physically able to assist in mobility work

• Excellent attention to detail
