We are seeking compassionate and dependable Trabajadores de apoyo personal (PSW) to provide essential home-based care to clients in the Windsor area. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and ensuring client comfort and safety within their own homes.

Ideal candidates are flexible, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality support services in a respectful and dignified manner.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Support clients with safe mobility and transfers

  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Proporcionar compañía y apoyo emocional

  • Report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors

  • Maintain documentation in accordance with care plans

Requisitos

  • Válido Certificado de trabajador de apoyo personal (Ontario-recognized)

  • Actual RCP/Primeros auxilios certificación

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred)

  • Claro Control del sector vulnerable

  • Gran capacidad de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales

  • Experience in home care, retirement, or long-term care settings is an asset
