We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in community living settings in Hamilton, Ontario.

Responsabilidades clave

• Assist clients with ADLs and life skills development

• Support social and recreational integration

• Monitor health and behavior and report concerns

• Maintain documentation and promote independence

• Participate in community outings and events

Requisitos

• PSW or Disability Support Worker certification

• Experience working with individuals with special needs

• Patience, positivity, and empathy

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Flexibility for evenings and weekends
