We are looking for a compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to assist patients in a palliative care setting in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This role focuses on comfort, dignity, and emotional support during end-of-life care.

Responsabilidades clave

• Provide bedside support and hygiene care

• Assist with feeding and mobility as needed

• Monitor comfort and report changes to nursing staff

• Maintain privacy and emotional respect

• Support family members during visits

Requisitos

• Certified PSW or healthcare aide in BC

• Experience in hospice or palliative settings preferred

• Strong emotional intelligence and empathy

• Flexible availability including weekends

• Excellent teamwork and communication
