We are seeking a reliable and kind-hearted Personal Support Worker (PSW) to work in a long-term care facility in Barrie, Ontario. This position is ideal for those passionate about elder care and teamwork.

Responsabilidades clave

• Support residents with ADLs and hygiene care

• Monitor residents’ condition and report concerns

• Encourage social interaction and activity participation

• Follow safety procedures and infection control

• Maintain records and daily reports

Requisitos

• Certified PSW in Ontario

• TB screening and police background check

• Minimum 1 year experience in LTC

• Excellent communication and patience

• Ability to work evening shifts
