We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Enfermera práctica titulada (RPN) para un contrato de viaje in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) en London, Ontario. You’ll provide specialized care to critically ill or premature newborns, working within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to neonatal outcomes.

Ideal for RPNs with neonatal or high-acuity pediatric experience who are confident in handling delicate situations with empathy and precision.

Responsabilidades clave

• Provide bedside care to premature and critically ill newborns

• Monitor vital signs and assist in neonatal resuscitation protocols

• Administer medications, feedings (NG, bottle, breast support), and perform suctioning

• Collaborate with neonatologists, RNs, respiratory therapists, and families

• Maintain sterile environment and infection control protocols

• Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems

Requisitos

• Activo Licencia RPN con el Colegio de Enfermeros de Ontario (CNO)

• Mínimo 1 año of NICU or pediatric acute care experience

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required)

• Actual BLS/CPR certificación

• Clear background and vulnerable sector check

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• Fully vaccinated per Ontario health guidelines
