Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide in-home care to clients across Burnaby, British Columbia. This is an excellent opportunity to make a personal difference in people’s daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing

  • Support meal preparation and household tasks

  • Report health changes to supervising nurse

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment

  • Offer emotional support and companionship

Requirements

  • Certified PSW through a recognized Ontario program

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

  • Minimum 6 months of home care or LTC experience

  • Clear background check

  • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
