Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Regina. You’ll support patients recovering from strokes, surgeries, and injuries by promoting mobility, function, and independence in a multidisciplinary team setting.
This role is ideal for RNs passionate about long-term patient outcomes, goal-setting, and functional recovery in a structured, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized nursing care to patients in recovery from acute illness or injury

Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists

Perform frequent patient assessments and support goal-oriented rehab plans

Provide medication administration, wound care, and mobility support

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and discharge plans

Document progress and adapt care plans to patient needs
Requirements
-
Active RN license with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or eligibility
-
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in rehabilitation, med-surg, or geriatric nursing

Current BLS/CPR certification

Excellent patient motivation and care coordination skills

Strong documentation and interdisciplinary communication abilities

Must meet all immunization and background check requirements
