We are hiring experienced and tech-savvy Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a leading Telehealth service provider. In this fully Travel Assignment position, you will provide virtual nursing support to patients across Canada via phone, video, and secure messaging—helping them navigate health concerns, triage symptoms, and access the care they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing assessments and health advice via telephone or virtual platforms

• Triage patient concerns and guide them to the appropriate level of care (e.g., ER, urgent care, primary care, or self-care)

• Educate patients on symptom management, medications, chronic disease support, and wellness strategies

• Document all interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR)

• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams when needed

• Maintain compliance with privacy laws, clinical standards, and telehealth protocols

Requirements

• Active RN license in at least one Canadian province or territory (multi-jurisdictional licensure is a strong asset)

• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience (e.g., ER, primary care, internal medicine, or public health)

• Previous telehealth, triage, or virtual care experience preferred

• Proficient with EMR systems and Travel Assignment communication tools

• Comfortable working independently and following virtual care protocols

• Access to a private, secure workspace and stable high-speed internet

• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
