Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to take on a travel contract in a dynamic Intensive Care Unit in Regina. You will provide complex, lifesaving care to critically ill patients, working alongside an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced acute care environment.

This role is ideal for RNs with strong clinical judgment, ICU expertise, and the ability to perform under pressure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions

  • Monitor ventilators, cardiac monitors, and administer life-support medications

  • Perform complex assessments and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition

  • Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and other specialists

  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families during crisis situations

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ICU protocols and safety standards


Requirements

  • Active RN license with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or eligibility to register

  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (TNCC and CCRN are assets)

  • Ability to thrive in high-acuity, team-based environments

  • Fully immunized with clear vulnerable sector check
