Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver psychiatric nursing care

• Administer medications and therapeutic interventions

• Support crisis stabilization and de-escalation

• Maintain detailed mental health records

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and social workers

Requirements

• Active RN license with CARNA

• Mental health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred

• CPI or de-escalation training an asset

• Empathy, resilience, and non-judgmental approach

• Strong observation and documentation skills
