• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing physical and cognitive rehabilitation

• Monitor patient progress and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning

• Administer medications and manage treatment protocols

• Educate patients and families about recovery plans and at-home care

• Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems

• Uphold safety, dignity, and infection control standards

المتطلبات

• نشط رخصة ممرضة مقيمة مع Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB) أو الأهلية للتسجيل

• الحد الأدنى 1 سنة of experience in rehab, acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred

• الحالي BLS/CPR التصديق

• Strong assessment, communication, and care coordination skills

• Clear vulnerable sector screening and full immunization record required
