We are hiring a flexible and highly skilled Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) لـ عقد السفر في Kingston. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide care across multiple units—including medical-surgical, telemetry, emergency, and step-down units—based on daily staffing needs.

• Deliver nursing care across various hospital units as assigned per shift

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage IV therapy

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control standards

المتطلبات

• نشط رخصة ممرضة مقيمة مع كلية الممرضات في أونتاريو (CNO) أو الأهلية

• الحد الأدنى 2 سنة of recent experience in acute care settings (multi-unit experience preferred)

• الحالي ب.ل.س (ACLS preferred)

• Strong critical thinking and time management skills

• Comfortable floating between departments with minimal orientation
