We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reise-RN zu einer Dialysis Unit in Saskatoon. You’ll be responsible for managing the care of patients undergoing hemodialysis, ensuring treatment safety, patient comfort, and effective monitoring throughout each session.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Set up, initiate, monitor, and discontinue hemodialysis treatments

• Monitor patient vitals and vascular access throughout sessions

• Administer medications as prescribed during dialysis treatment

• Respond promptly to adverse reactions or complications

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

• Educate patients and families on home care and post-treatment protocols

• Collaborate with nephrologists and renal care teams

Anforderungen

• Aktiv RN-Lizenz mit dem College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) oder die Berechtigung zur Registrierung

• Minimum 1 Jahr of recent hemodialysis nursing experience

• Completed Hemodialysis Certification Program (bevorzugt)

• Aktuell BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Up-to-date immunizations, TB clearance, and police check required
