We are seeking a confident and skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support patients in a short-term mental health unit in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This role involves daily support, medication administration, and monitoring.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Provide nursing care and support to patients with mental health challenges

• Administer medications and monitor effects

• De-escalate behaviors and assist with daily routines

• Record observations and participate in team rounds

• Foster a safe, therapeutic environment

Anforderungen

• RPN-Lizenz mit dem CNO

• CPI oder Deeskalationstraining von Vorteil

• Mental health or behavioral care experience preferred

• Clear communication and emotional intelligence

• Available for all shifts, including overnights
