We are seeking a committed and flexible Registrierte praktische Krankenschwester (RPN) für eine travel position in Community Health based in Mississauga. You’ll provide nursing care and wellness support to clients in their homes, clinics, and community centers, promoting independence and preventive health practices.

This is an ideal role for RPNs who value autonomy, enjoy working one-on-one with clients, and thrive in diverse community-based settings.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Deliver in-home nursing care including wound care, injections, vitals monitoring

• Conduct wellness checks and chronic disease support visits

• Educate clients and families on medications and healthy practices

• Document care electronically using mobile EMR tools

• Collaborate with care coordinators, physicians, and allied health professionals

• Travel between multiple community sites and client residences

Anforderungen

• Aktiv RPN-Lizenz mit dem College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

• Minimum 1 Jahr of experience in community or home health nursing

• Gültig driver’s license and reliable transportation (or transit-friendly)

• Aktuell CPR/BLS Zertifizierung
