We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a surgical floor in a prominent Halifax hospital. The role is fast-paced and ideal for nurses with attention to detail and post-op care expertise.

Principales responsabilités

• Monitor surgical patients post-operation

• Administer medications and wound care

• Coordinate with physicians for discharge planning

• Monitor for signs of complications

• Educate patients on post-op recovery

Exigences

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

• Experience in surgical or med-surg units preferred

• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and infection control

• Excellent documentation and team coordination

• Adaptability in fast-moving environments
