We are currently hiring a compassionate and reliable Assistant(e) personnel(le) (PSW) pour un travel home care position en Victoria, BC. This role involves providing one-on-one personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, helping to support their independence and quality of life.

Ideal for PSWs who enjoy community-based work, flexibility, and developing strong client relationships.

Principales responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Provide mobility and transfer support

• Support light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Monitor client well-being and report changes to nursing supervisor

• Travel between client homes in designated service areas

Exigences

• Certifié PSW or equivalent Health Care Assistant (HCA) credential

• Valable driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

• Minimum 6 mois - 1 an of home care or community support experience

• Actuel RCP/premiers secours

• Fully vaccinated and clear background/vulnerable sector check

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
