We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Infirmier(e) itinérant(e) pour rejoindre le Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) en St. John's, where you’ll care for patients with acute cardiac conditions including MI, arrhythmias, heart failure, and post-interventional cardiac recovery. This high-acuity role is ideal for critical care nurses who excel in fast-paced environments and have strong cardiac monitoring experience.

Principales responsabilités

• Provide critical care nursing for patients with complex cardiac diagnoses

• Monitor and interpret ECGs, manage cardiac drips, and assist with cardiac interventions

• Respond to cardiac emergencies, including code blue situations

• Collaborate with cardiologists, respiratory therapists, and allied professionals

• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records

• Educate patients and families on cardiac care and recovery

Exigences

• Actif Licence d'infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) avec le College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador (CRNNL) (Ordre des infirmières autorisées de Terre-Neuve et du Labrador) ou l'éligibilité à l'inscription

• Minimum 2 ans of recent cardiac or critical care experience

• Actuel BLS et ACLS certifications

• Experience with telemetry, cardiac medications, and post-angioplasty care

• Excellent assessment, prioritization, and emergency response skills
