We are seeking a highly adaptable Travel Registered Nurse (RN) pour rejoindre le Float Pool at a major acute care facility in Toronto. This role provides coverage across multiple inpatient units including medical-surgical, telemetry, orthopedics, and more—depending on your competencies.

The ideal candidate is confident in adjusting to new teams quickly, has a broad skill set, and enjoys the flexibility and pace of travel nursing.

Principales responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across multiple inpatient units

• Float between medical-surgical, step-down, ortho, neuro, and general medicine units as assigned

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on unit-specific needs

• Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and other clinical interventions

• Collaborate with physicians, allied health, and local nursing teams

• Document care accurately and efficiently using EMR systems

• Maintain a positive and flexible attitude while adapting to new workflows and team dynamics

Exigences

• Actif Licence d'infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) avec le Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers de l'Ontario (OIIO) (or eligibility to obtain)

• Minimum 2 ans of experience in acute care nursing (with float or multi-unit experience preferred)

• Actuel BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

• Demonstrated competency across at least 2–3 specialties (e.g., Med-Surg, Telemetry, Ortho)

• Excellent clinical judgment, time management, and adaptability

• Comfortable with shift rotations, including nights and weekends
