We are hiring experienced Travel RNs to support a busy Medical-Surgical Unit at a major hospital in Toronto, ON. As part of a short-term assignment, you’ll care for diverse patient populations including post-surgical and medically complex cases.

Principales responsabilités

• Deliver direct patient care to adults recovering from surgery or managing chronic/acute medical conditions

• Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and monitor patient responses

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning and care continuity

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation using EMR systems

• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families

• Follow facility-specific policies, infection control practices, and safety standards

Exigences

• Actif Licence d'infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) avec le Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers de l'Ontario (OIIO) (or eligibility to register)

• Minimum 2 ans of recent experience in med-surg or acute care

• Actuel BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage 4–5 patients per shift

• Must be flexible, reliable, and able to quickly adapt to new settings

• Previous travel nursing experience (an asset but not required)
