We are seeking a committed and flexible Infirmier(e) auxiliaire autorisé(e) (IAA) pour un poste de voyage en Community Health based in Mississauga. You’ll provide nursing care and wellness support to clients in their homes, clinics, and community centers, promoting independence and preventive health practices.

This is an ideal role for RPNs who value autonomy, enjoy working one-on-one with clients, and thrive in diverse community-based settings.

Principales responsabilités

• Deliver in-home nursing care including wound care, injections, vitals monitoring

• Conduct wellness checks and chronic disease support visits

• Educate clients and families on medications and healthy practices

• Document care electronically using mobile EMR tools

• Collaborate with care coordinators, physicians, and allied health professionals

• Travel between multiple community sites and client residences

Exigences

• Actif Licence RPN avec le Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers de l'Ontario (OIIO)

• Minimum 1 an of experience in community or home health nursing

• Valable driver’s license and reliable transportation (or transit-friendly)

• Actuel CPR/BLS certification

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy with EMR or mobile charting experience
