We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Infirmier(e) auxiliaire autorisé(e) (IAA) for a high-paced Emergency Room travel assignment en Montréal. You’ll support triage, acute interventions, and stabilization of patients in a fast-moving ER environment while working under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
This role is ideal for RPNs who excel under pressure and have prior emergency or acute care experience.
Principales responsabilités

Assist with patient intake, triage support, and vital signs monitoring

Support emergency procedures including wound care, IVs, and oxygen therapy
-
Respond to trauma, cardiac, and respiratory events
-
Administer medications and document using EMR systems
-
Maintain infection control and safety protocols in high-risk zones
-
Collaborate closely with ER nurses, physicians, and crisis teams
Exigences
-
Actif Licence RPN avec le Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)
-
Minimum 1 an of ER or acute care experience

Actuel CPR/BLS et Premiers secours certification
-
Fully vaccinated with a clear criminal background check

Strong decision-making and multi-tasking skills

Bilingual in English and French (préféré)
