Nous recherchons une personne dévouée et compatissante Infirmier(e) auxiliaire autorisé(e) (IAA) to join a well-established Long-Term Care home en Scarborough. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering safe, holistic, and person-centered care to seniors, including those with complex medical conditions, dementia, and palliative needs.

Principales responsabilités

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments

• Monitor and document residents’ health status and respond to changes in condition

• Coordinate care plans in collaboration with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

• Supervise Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and ensure adherence to care standards

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Uphold infection prevention and control practices and safety procedures

Exigences

• Actuel Licence RPN avec le Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers de l'Ontario (OIIO)

• Recent experience in long-term care, geriatric, or palliative care preferred

• BLS/CPR certification

• Strong leadership, organizational, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Clear vulnerable sector check and up-to-date immunization record
