Nous recherchons une personne dévouée et compatissante Infirmier(e) auxiliaire autorisé(e) (IAA) to join a well-established Long-Term Care home en Scarborough. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering safe, holistic, and person-centered care to seniors, including those with complex medical conditions, dementia, and palliative needs.
Principales responsabilités

Administer prescribed medications and treatments

Monitor and document residents’ health status and respond to changes in condition
-
Coordinate care plans in collaboration with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
-
Supervise Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and ensure adherence to care standards
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
-
Uphold infection prevention and control practices and safety procedures
Exigences
-
Actuel Licence RPN avec le Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers de l'Ontario (OIIO)
-
Recent experience in long-term care, geriatric, or palliative care preferred
-
BLS/CPR certification
-
Strong leadership, organizational, and critical thinking skills
-
Ability to work well in a team and independently

Clear vulnerable sector check and up-to-date immunization record
