We are seeking an experienced and fast-thinking Infermiere registrato (RN) per unirsi al Emergency Department (ED) at a busy urban hospital in Toronto. The ideal candidate excels in high-pressure situations, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and is committed to delivering timely, compassionate care to patients with varying levels of acuity.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering opportunities for growth in one of Canada’s most dynamic emergency settings.
Responsabilità principali

Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with acute medical, surgical, and trauma conditions

Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency interventions

Monitor vital signs and respond to deteriorating conditions quickly

Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and interdisciplinary teams
-
Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and families
-
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital safety protocols

Participate in emergency simulations, code blue responses, and disaster readiness
Requisiti
-
Attivo Licenza RN con il Collegio degli infermieri dell'Ontario (CNO)
-
Attuale BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certificazioni

Minimo 2 anni of recent emergency or critical care experience

Strong assessment, multitasking, and prioritization skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

Ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends

Pediatric or mental health emergency experience (an asset)
