We are seeking a highly skilled and resilient Infermiere registrato (RN) per unirsi al Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) in a leading Vancouver hospital. This specialized unit provides 24/7 care to critically ill patients recovering from cardiac surgery, heart attacks, arrhythmias, and other cardiovascular emergencies.

Responsabilità principali

• Provide continuous monitoring and advanced nursing care to critically ill cardiac patients

• Operate and interpret cardiac monitors, ventilators, and infusion devices

• Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, and allied health professionals

• Respond to emergencies including code blues, arrhythmias, and sudden cardiac events

• Administer and titrate critical medications including vasopressors and antiarrhythmics

• Document all care clearly and in real time using electronic health records

• Support family members with compassion and timely updates

Requisiti

• Attivo Licenza RN con il Collegio degli infermieri e delle ostetriche della Columbia Britannica (BCCNM)

• Attuale BLS, ACLS, and Critical Care (or equivalent) certificazione

• Minimo 2 anni experience in ICU, CCU, or a high-acuity cardiac setting

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage multiple complex patients

• Experience with intra-aortic balloon pumps, temporary pacemakers, and arterial lines (preferred)

• Excellent communication and crisis management skills

• Availability for all shifts, including nights and weekends
