We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a mobile community health team in Kelowna, British Columbia. This position involves preventive health, chronic condition management, and outreach services.

Responsabilità principali

• Conduct home visits and community outreach assessments

• Provide wound care, education, and medication support

• Collaborate with case managers and allied health professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely client records

• Promote public health and wellness initiatives

Requisiti

• RN license with NANB

• Community or home care experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong independence and accountability

• Able to handle a varied caseload
