We are seeking a supportive and reliable Personal Support Worker (PSW) to assist residents in a mental health group home in Fredericton, New Brunswick. This role involves daily living assistance and emotional support.

Responsabilità principali

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, meals, and mobility

• Support clients with emotional regulation and daily structure

• Monitor behavior changes and report to supervisors

• Engage clients in recreational and social activities

• Maintain documentation and safety protocols

Requisiti

• PSW or Healthcare Assistant (HCA) certification in BC

• Experience working in mental health or group homes preferred

• Patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Able to work evenings and weekends
