We are hiring a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide care in a specialized geriatric rehab center in Fort St. John, British Columbia. This role involves helping patients regain independence after illness or injury.

Responsabilità principali

• Monitor patient progress and deliver rehab-focused nursing care

• Administer medications and assist with mobility routines

• Collaborate with physiotherapists and occupational therapists

Requisiti

• Licenza RPN con il CNO

• Experience in rehabilitation or LTC preferred

• Excellent observation and encouragement skills

• Knowledge of mobility aids and therapy plans
