We are seeking a committed and flexible Infermiere pratico registrato (RPN) per un travel position in Community Health based in Mississauga. You’ll provide nursing care and wellness support to clients in their homes, clinics, and community centers, promoting independence and preventive health practices.

This is an ideal role for RPNs who value autonomy, enjoy working one-on-one with clients, and thrive in diverse community-based settings.

Responsabilità principali

• Deliver in-home nursing care including wound care, injections, vitals monitoring

• Conduct wellness checks and chronic disease support visits

• Educate clients and families on medications and healthy practices

• Document care electronically using mobile EMR tools

• Collaborate with care coordinators, physicians, and allied health professionals

• Travel between multiple community sites and client residences

Requisiti

• Attivo Licenza RPN con il Collegio degli infermieri dell'Ontario (CNO)

• Minimo 1 anno of experience in community or home health nursing

• Valido driver’s license and reliable transportation (or transit-friendly)

• Attuale CPR/BLS certificazione

• Clear background and vulnerable sector check

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy with EMR or mobile charting experience
