We are hiring a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide home-based palliative care to patients in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This role supports families in end-of-life care in a community setting.

Responsabilità principali

• Manage pain control and symptom relief

• Administer medications and monitor effects

• Provide education and emotional support

• Document care and report significant changes

• Coordinate with family and visiting healthcare teams

Requisiti

• Active RPN license with CLPNNS

• Palliative or community nursing experience preferred

• Strong emotional resilience and empathy

• Excellent communication and education skills

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
