We are seeking an experienced and nurturing Travel RN to join a dedicated Pediatric Unit at a leading children’s hospital in Toronto. You’ll care for children and adolescents with a wide range of medical, surgical, and chronic health needs in a family-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, developmentally appropriate nursing care to pediatric patients

• Administer medications, monitor vitals, manage IVs and feeding tubes

• Support families through education and emotional care

• Collaborate with pediatricians, child life specialists, and allied health teams

• Maintain detailed and timely charting in electronic medical records

• Participate in safety and infection control practices tailored to pediatric populations

Requirements

• Active RN license with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

• Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric inpatient or acute care experience

• Current BLS and PALS certifications

• Strong communication and family-centered care skills

• Comfort caring for children of all ages, from infants to adolescents

• TB test, immunizations, and vulnerable sector police check required
