We are hiring a skilled and patient-focused Hemodialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized renal care team in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dialysis treatments, support chronic kidney disease management, and deliver compassionate care to patients undergoing life-sustaining therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, initiate, and monitor patients undergoing hemodialysis treatments

• Assess vascular access and monitor vital signs pre, during, and post-treatment

• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, care plans, and lifestyle adjustments

• Document assessments, procedures, and any complications accurately

• Maintain and troubleshoot dialysis equipment according to protocol

• Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, social workers, and other care providers

Requirements

• Active RN license in Canada (CRNM or eligible for Manitoba registration)

• Minimum 1 year experience in hemodialysis or nephrology nursing

• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

• Completion of a recognized Hemodialysis Nursing Course is strongly preferred

• Excellent assessment skills, attention to detail, and patient advocacy

• Comfortable working in high-volume, technology-driven clinical settings
