Job Overview

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide high-quality in-home care to clients across Toronto. As a PSW, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, mobility support, personal hygiene, and companionship to promote independence and safety in their own homes.

This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while making a real difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with safe mobility and transfers (e.g., using gait belts or lifts)

• Support with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping

• Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

• Maintain accurate visit records and follow care plans

Requirements

• Valid PSW Certificate from an accredited Ontario program

• Current CPR/First Aid certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred)

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

• Experience in home care, long-term care, or hospital settings is an asset

• Excellent communication skills and a caring, respectful attitude
