We are hiring a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide daily care and companionship to seniors in an assisted living residence in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with grooming, meals, and light housekeeping

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Monitor physical and cognitive changes

  • Help residents with recreational activities

  • Maintain cleanliness and documentation

Requirements

  • PSW training

  • Minimum 6 months experience in senior care

  • Friendly, patient-centered communication skills

  • Reliable and attentive to residents’ needs

  • Able to work weekends or evenings as needed
