We are seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide care to residents in an assisted living facility in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports independence while offering respectful assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and grooming

  • Monitor health and emotional well-being

  • Assist with recreational and meal-time activities

  • Record daily care updates

  • Foster a safe and respectful living space

Requirements

  • Certified PSW through a recognized BC program

  • Clear criminal background check

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in assisted living or LTC

  • Friendly, respectful communication skills

  • Able to work flexible shifts
