We are seeking compassionate and dependable Persönliche Betreuer (PSWs) to provide essential home-based care to clients in the Windsor area. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and ensuring client comfort and safety within their own homes.

Ideal candidates are flexible, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality support services in a respectful and dignified manner.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support clients with safe mobility and transfers

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Bieten Sie Begleitung und emotionale Unterstützung

• Report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors

• Maintain documentation in accordance with care plans

Anforderungen

• Gültig Personal Support Worker Certificate (Ontario-recognized)

• Aktuell CPR/Erste Hilfe Zertifizierung

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred)

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in home care, retirement, or long-term care settings is an asset
