We are hiring a flexible and highly skilled Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) pour un contrat de voyage en Kingston. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide care across multiple units—including medical-surgical, telemetry, emergency, and step-down units—based on daily staffing needs.

This role is perfect for adaptable nurses who enjoy variety, challenge, and working in fast-paced clinical environments.

Principales responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care across various hospital units as assigned per shift

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage IV therapy

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

• Maintenir une documentation précise à l'aide des systèmes de DME

• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control standards

Exigences

• Actif Licence d'infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) avec le Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers de l'Ontario (OIIO) ou l'éligibilité

• Minimum 2 ans of recent experience in acute care settings (multi-unit experience preferred)

• Actuel BLS (ACLS preferred)

• Strong critical thinking and time management skills

• Comfortable floating between departments with minimal orientation

• Vaccination complète et vérification des antécédents dans le secteur vulnérable
