We are hiring a flexible and highly skilled Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) pour un contrat de voyage en Kingston. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide care across multiple units—including medical-surgical, telemetry, emergency, and step-down units—based on daily staffing needs.
This role is perfect for adaptable nurses who enjoy variety, challenge, and working in fast-paced clinical environments.
Principales responsabilités

Deliver nursing care across various hospital units as assigned per shift

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care

Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage IV therapy
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

Maintenir une documentation précise à l'aide des systèmes de DME

Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control standards
Exigences
-
Actif Licence d'infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) avec le Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers de l'Ontario (OIIO) ou l'éligibilité

Minimum 2 ans of recent experience in acute care settings (multi-unit experience preferred)

Actuel BLS (ACLS preferred)

Strong critical thinking and time management skills

Comfortable floating between departments with minimal orientation
