We are seeking compassionate and dependable Agents d'assistance personnelle (AIP) to provide essential home-based care to clients in the Windsor area. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and ensuring client comfort and safety within their own homes.

Ideal candidates are flexible, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality support services in a respectful and dignified manner.

Principales responsabilités

• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support clients with safe mobility and transfers

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors

• Maintain documentation in accordance with care plans

Exigences

• Valable Personal Support Worker Certificate (Ontario-recognized)

• Actuel RCP/premiers secours certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred)

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

• Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles

• Experience in home care, retirement, or long-term care settings is an asset
